ZaveIT, StonesThro and Zadara are teaming up to simplify sovereign cloud services for the UK public sector.

The collaboration brings ZaveIT's service commerce platform into StonesThro's G-Cloud 15 ecosystem, making sovereign cloud service easier to buy, sell & manage.

OSLO, NORWAY, October 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Norwegian software company ZaveIT has announced a strategic collaboration with UK-based sovereign cloud provider StonesThro and cloud infrastructure specialist Zadara, supporting a simpler route to cloud services for UK public sector organisations.

The partnership follows StonesThro's successful selection for the UK Government's G-Cloud 15 framework across Lots 1, 2 and 3, covering cloud hosting, cloud software and cloud support services. Together, the three companies bring infrastructure, local delivery and digital service management into one connected offering. Zadara provides the cloud technology, StonesThro delivers sovereign cloud services in the UK, and ZaveIT provides the commercial platform to package, sell and manage those services.

Lars Olav Habberstad, Co-Founder and CEO of ZaveIT, said: "We see a real opportunity in the UK public sector. There's growing demand for sovereign cloud, but making these services easy to buy and manage is just as important as the technology behind them. With StonesThro and Zadara, we're bringing those pieces together. This is exactly the kind of partnership we built ZaveIT for."

Through ZaveIT's platform, StonesThro can bring its Zadara-powered offerings into a digital service catalogue, making it easier for customers and channel partners to explore services, place orders and manage subscriptions. The collaboration supports access to cloud infrastructure, storage, Kubernetes, AI-ready infrastructure and managed cloud services, while helping reduce the manual work involved in commercial service delivery.

Andy Bates, CISO/Chief Product Officer of StonesThro, added: “Being on G-Cloud 15 gives public sector buyers a route to our services. Thanks to the ZaveIT solution, Our marketplace makes these transactions easier and allows public sector and commercial buyers to see all of our services in one place.”

Andy Palmer, International Sales Director of ZaveIT, added: "Cloud providers are investing heavily in what they can deliver. But how they sell and manage those services often gets overlooked. That's where we come in. Our role is to help StonesThro turn strong cloud capabilities into services customers can actually buy and manage without unnecessary complexity. And that's what makes this partnership commercially exciting."

For ZaveIT, the collaboration marks another step in expanding its presence in the UK market and demonstrates how its platform can support cloud providers serving complex, regulated markets. As sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure gain importance, the three companies aim to make cloud services more accessible without compromising the control, flexibility and local delivery that public sector organisations require.
